We deliver and commission all our systems to ensure that client requirements are both met and actually proven to be delivered at site.  We employ Senior Technical Officers (STOs) for this phase of our managed services.  The same STO for follow up technical support.





As part of our managed service delivery, we carry out periodic on-site maintenance (generally every 3 months), as well as ongoing remote diagnostic support. As most of our products involve at least one point of connection to the internet, we design our systems such that faults are detected early, (often before symptons become apparent to end user), to create better availability and to allow fault repair to be coordinated in a more efficient manner.


The same STO who commissions the system is generally given responsibility for maintenance as well as providing on-site guidance in the operation and any possible upgrade requirements at site.
